Lightweight Aluminum Diff Pins Built for NT1

RC racers focused on tuning will appreciate the XRAY 335081 Aluminum Differential Pins. Manufactured from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum and hardcoated, these pins deliver a strong yet light replacement that helps trim rotating mass on the NT1 gear differential.

Hardcoat Finish for Racing Durability

The hardcoated surface improves wear resistance during frequent running and maintenance cycles. Compared with standard steel pins, these aluminum pins offer a 64% reduction in weight, which can translate to crisper acceleration and improved handling.

Reduce Unsprung Mass for Sharper Response

Every gram removed from rotating and unsprung components changes vehicle feel. These pins are designed to lower unsprung weight on the NT1, giving quicker response to track bumps and a more responsive drivetrain for competitive setups.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
These pins are made for the XRAY NT1 gear differential. If your diff uses the same pin dimensions, they will fit, but verify measurements before installing in modified assemblies.
Hardcoating increases wear resistance, but routine cleaning and inspection are still recommended. Use light oil or diff grease where specified and check for play after running sessions.
Changing pin material alone should not change gear mesh, but always recheck backlash and mesh after replacing hardware to ensure smooth drivetrain operation.
