Machined Aluminum Rear Bulkhead for NT1

The XRAY 333016 Aluminum Rear Bulkhead Right is a precision component made for the NT1 chassis. Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, it balances high strength with low mass to reinforce the rear end while keeping weight down. Carefully placed cutouts ensure exact alignment into the rear-front suspension holder, tuning the chassis flex and improving traction on technical tracks.

Integrated Mounting for Sharper Traction

This version removes the lower chassis mounting positions beneath the 2-speed axle and locks directly into the rear-front suspension holder. That integration refines flex distribution and helps the car bite into corners more consistently. The anodized orange finish adds a distinctive look and provides an extra layer of corrosion protection for season-long use.

Reduced Mass with Accessible Service Points

The super-light construction helps lower the centre of gravity without sacrificing rigidity, which is valuable for lap-time sensitive setups. Despite its lightness, the bulkhead maintains a strong support structure for the NT1 and offers straightforward access to adjacent components, simplifying servicing and part swaps during race day.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It fits standard XRAY NT1 layouts. Check your car for any earlier chassis revisions and confirm 2-speed axle spacing before fitting, but most stock NT1 cars accept this part without modification.
The anodising adds corrosion resistance and wear protection, though heavy impacts or abrasive cleaners can affect the surface over time. Rinse and dry after wet runs to prolong the finish.
Installation typically uses the existing mounting hardware from the NT1. Inspect screws for wear and replace if stripped; small shims may be used to fine-tune alignment if required.
