High precision XRAY 331110 chassis for competitive touring

The XRAY 331110 Aluminum Chassis is an upgrade aimed at RC touring car racers who need a precise balance of low mass and structural strength. Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, the plate is CNC-cut to keep rigidity where it matters while shaving excess weight. Enlarged front window openings and milled slots for an optional brace give clear tuning options for setup and handling.

Durable Swiss 7075 T6 construction

Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum is chosen for its high strength-to-weight ratio, helping reduce total car weight without compromising durability under racing loads. The machining strategy preserves material at stress points so the chassis stays stable during high speed runs and sharp direction changes.

Design tuned for airflow and stiffness adjustment

The larger front window improves airflow and aids cooling for electronics during long heats. Milled brace slots let you add or remove a stiffening element to tune chassis flex to match track grip and driving style.

Remark :

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This chassis is cut for 1/10 scale touring car layouts. Fit depends on your specific mount points and electronics layout, so check motor, servo and battery clearances before finalising installation.
The milled slots accept a removable brace that increases torsional stiffness. Remove the brace for more flex on low grip tracks, or install it for sharper turn-in and stability on grippy surfaces.
Allow for servo horn sweep and motor height when mocking up the chassis. The front window improves airflow but you should verify ESC and receiver placement for cable routing and cooling.
Clean grit from machined areas after each outing and check mounting screws for tightness. Lightly oil hardware threads to prevent galling and inspect for any dents or bends after impacts.
