Compatibility depends on the year and spec of the other XT2 variants. Measure the original shaft length and pin size; this 97mm shaft with a 2.5mm pin is intended for XT2 2024 geometry.
Check the shaft and pin for wear after hard race weekends or any heavy impacts. Inspect pin retention and surface finish, and replace if you notice deformation or play.
Grease mating splines lightly and ensure set screws are torqued to spec. Verify suspension travel and that the shaft rotates freely through full steering movement before running.
