Precision rear gearbox engineered for track use

The XRAY 323018 LCG Composite Rear Gearbox fits rear motor XB2 builds and is moulded from high-quality composite to deliver an ultra-low center of gravity that improves stability and consistency. The design gives straightforward access to the differential so racers can make quick adjustments between runs.

Slim layout to boost rear traction

This gearbox uses a super-narrow profile to cut weight and move components closer to the chassis centerline. By shifting motor and top shaft mass nearer the rear axle, it helps the car find more traction on low-grip surfaces and improves rear-end bite.

Adjustable differential height with six settings

The XRAY 323018 provides six differential height positions using the supplied eccentric bushings, allowing fine tuning for track conditions, ride height and tyre choice.

Built for integration and easy servicing

Besides housing the transmission, the unit acts as the mounting point for the rear roll center holder, motor plate and rear shock tower. Robust construction keeps components secure while allowing straightforward access for maintenance and upgrades.

Specifications

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The gearbox is intended for XB2 rear motor layouts and works with standard 1/10 scale ESC and motor packages that fit the platform's motor plate and mounting points.
Raising or lowering the differential changes drivetrain angle and weight transfer to the rear; lower settings tend to increase rear traction, while higher settings can free up rotation.
Regularly check bearings, diff gears and eccentric bushings for wear, keep lubrication fresh, and inspect mounting screws for tightness after a few runs.
