Steering upgrade for XT2 using XRAY 322284

The XRAY 322284 carbon fiber extensions are built to sharpen the steering performance of XT2 series cars. Machined from high-grade carbon fiber sourced from the USA, these parts deliver consistent strength and track-ready durability.

Ackermann control for sharper cornering

Install these extensions to alter the Ackermann position and dial in steering response for different surfaces. Moving the outside wheel geometry more aggressively helps improve turn-in and mid-corner feel for competitive setups.

Fits both sides for a complete swap

These extensions mount to the left and right sides of the aluminium steering blocks and are straightforward to fit. The kit includes two pieces so you can upgrade the whole steering linkage at once.

How hard is it to install these on my XT2?

Installation is simple for anyone comfortable with basic RC maintenance. The extensions bolt onto existing steering blocks with standard hardware and do not require cutting or drilling.

Will these change toe or camber settings?

These parts mainly affect Ackermann and steering geometry. You should still check toe and camber after fitting to ensure alignment remains within your preferred setup.

Any maintenance tips for carbon parts?

Inspect the mounting points regularly for tightness and look for chips or abrasion around screw holes. Use light thread locker on metal-to-carbon fasteners if you race hard.
