XRAY 321109 Aluminum Chassis Upgrade for XB2

For club racers and serious hobbyists seeking a reliable upgrade, the XRAY 321109 aluminum chassis brings a high-grade Swiss 7075 T6 option to the XB2 line. The plate balances low weight with reinforced strength, while the bent side profile helps reduce flex for more predictable lap times across different track surfaces.

Benefits of Swiss 7075 T6 Alloy

Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum is prized for its high strength-to-weight ratio and resistance to deformation. That stability keeps suspension geometry consistent during hard cornering and rough sections, extending component life under frequent race conditions.

Designed for XB2 Series Fitment

This XRAY 321109 chassis is machined to suit XB2 series geometry, allowing straightforward swap-in installation. It is suitable when upgrading from a standard chassis or replacing an aged plate to regain crisp handling.

Remark :

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The XRAY 321109 is produced to fit XB2 models using the 2020 carpet/dirt spec mounting points. Check your chassis mounting layout against those specs before buying.
Bent side rails increase torsional stiffness which usually improves turn in and mid-corner stability; tuning may be needed to balance feel.
Installation generally uses the existing XB2 hardware. Inspect screw lengths and any spacers during fit-up and replace any worn fasteners for a secure mount.
Keep the chassis clean of grit, check for dents or bends after hard impacts, and retorque mounting screws regularly to prevent loosening during races.
