Track-Grade 2.5mm Aluminum Chassis for XRAY XB2

The XRAY 321104 XB2 Aluminum Chassis is a precision upgrade aimed at racers who demand consistent handling. Made from 2.5mm Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, the plate balances stiffness and controlled flex to help refine cornering stability and mid-corner feel.

High-Strength Material and CNC Accuracy

Every chassis is CNC-machined for exacting tolerances and repeatable fitment. Swiss 7075 T6 offers high tensile strength while keeping the mass low. The design includes engineered flex zones to drop the center of gravity and stabilise the car during fast transitions, and a durable black finish applied by XRAY's robotic process protects the surface while keeping weight minimal.

Tuned Weight Layout for Consistent Handling

Geometry and dimensions are chosen to improve lateral balance and predictable steering response. The XRAY 321104 XB2 chassis focuses on distributing mass where it benefits traction and rotation. Minor longitudinal bend can be present after machining but does not compromise on-track performance.

This chassis is tailored to flat, on-road circuits where precise flex and weight spread improve lap times. It performs best on smooth asphalt or carpet surfaces.
The finish is primarily protective and cosmetic. It adds negligible mass and does not alter the chassis flex characteristics in a meaningful way.
Small longitudinal curvature can occur from machining; simple fixture straightening or clamping during assembly will correct this without affecting performance.
