Precision CNC XRAY 305993 Pinion

The XRAY 305993 Aluminum Narrow Pinion Gear is aimed at dedicated hobbyists who want to refine drivetrain precision. Machined on a modified gear machine, this pinion delivers tight tolerances and excellent concentricity for reliable gear meshing.

Material Benefits and Slim Profile

Made from aircraft-grade duralumin, the XRAY 305993 is 1.5mm thinner and about 25% lighter than conventional pinions. That reduced rotational mass helps the vehicle accelerate faster and improves throttle response during punchy maneuvers.

Durable Hard-Coating and Quiet Operation

Each pinion receives a hard-coating treatment to extend service life and preserve gear geometry under load. Chamfered tooth edges and smooth finish reduce mesh noise when paired with XRAY spur gears for a calmer drivetrain feel.

Wide Compatibility for Upgrades

Built to slip into many spur gear setups, this narrow pinion integrates cleanly across a range of RC platforms. Whether for maintenance or an upgrade, the XRAY 305993 offers consistent fit and dependable performance.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It fits many standard 64P spur gears but check face width and mounting flange clearance on your specific model to confirm compatibility.
The slimmer 1.5mm profile lowers rotational inertia, helping acceleration and throttle response without changing gear ratios.
Use a light gear-safe lubricant on the spur and check mesh after a few runs. The hard-coating reduces wear but correct mesh is still essential.
