Durable Upgrade for XRAY X4 Lower Bulkhead

The XRAY 302772 X4 Aluminum Lower Bulkhead is built for drivers who want tougher chassis parts and precise alignment. It helps keep suspension geometry stable under heavy use and is a practical upgrade for competitive track work or regular club racing.

Swiss 7075 T6 Alloy with Protective Finish

Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, this lower bulkhead balances low mass with high rigidity. The black anodized surface reduces wear and gives a discreet, race-oriented look that holds up to repeated impacts.

Anti-Roll Bar Positioned Low for Better Balance

The design locates the anti-roll bar under the drive shafts to lower the car center of gravity. That layout improves stability and responsiveness when pushing into fast corners.

Fast, Repeatable Assembly

Centering pins simplify installation and ensure repeatable geometry after maintenance. The 1mm milled grooves move the ball bearing hubs 1mm closer to the chassis centerline from each side for a more even weight distribution.

Exact Fit for XRAY X4 Locations

This part is made to fit the front right and rear left positions on the XRAY X4 series, integrating with standard X4 components for straightforward installation.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This part is designed for the XRAY X4 geometry and may not align with mounting points on other XRAY chassis without modification.
The 1mm milled grooves are made for standard ball bearing hubs used on the X4 platform, but confirm your hub width matches X4 specifications before fitting.
Ensure centering pins are fully seated, use a light threadlocker on metal-to-metal fasteners where appropriate, and recheck geometry after the first run to verify settings.
