Precision steering component for XRAY 302665

The XRAY 302665 Composite Ball Joint is a robust 4-pack engineered for consistent steering feel and dependable service life. Each joint accepts a 5mm pivot ball or ball stud and is suitable for fine-tuning setups on T2 and T3 chassis platforms.

Sealed construction and easy service

The closed housing keeps the ball end shielded from grit and airborne debris to prolong service intervals. A built-in hole speeds installation and removal, reducing pit-time during maintenance. The joint also promotes free movement of upper camber links for predictable handling response.

Fitment and matching parts

These ball joints are intended to be used with XRAY ball ends #302653, #302654, or #302655, which come in different lengths for front and rear applications. Selecting the correct ball end length helps dial in suspension geometry for your driving conditions.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Remove the existing ball joint, align the 5mm pivot ball, then push the XRAY joint onto the ball stud until it seats. Use the hole to access retaining pins or screws as required by your link setup.
Wipe away surface dirt with a soft cloth and use a low-pressure air blast to remove trapped grit. Avoid soaking the joint in solvent; light lubrication after cleaning helps maintain smooth action.
Yes, the joints themselves fit both positions; choose the appropriate XRAY ball end length (#302653, #302654, #302655) to match front or rear link geometry for correct steering and camber movement.
