Setup Guide for the XRAY 301085 X4F'25 Graphite Upper Deck

The XRAY 301085 - X4F'25 Graphite Upper Deck 2.0MM is aimed at hobbyists wanting better control on low-traction surfaces. This single-piece carbon top deck adds measured flexibility to the chassis, softening response and boosting mechanical grip for improved cornering.

Layout and Flex Options

Its narrow profile makes installation straightforward and the deck provides eight distinct flex positions. Compared with a two-piece layout, the one-piece design increases tunability so you can dial in balance across different track types.

Manufacturing Quality

CNC-machined from high-grade carbon fiber sourced in the USA, the deck is produced to tight tolerances. Precision fasteners secure the part for a stable fit while still preserving the intended flex characteristics.

Low Traction Setup Advice

On low grip surfaces, this upper deck helps reduce initial steering bite and encourages more mechanical traction. Use the available flex settings and small cut modifications to fine-tune turn-in, mid-corner stability and exit traction.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Start with a mid-range position and run a few laps, then move one step softer or stiffer until you see consistent corner entry and improved traction.
It is designed for the X4F'25 platform; verify your chassis mounting points and layout to confirm direct fit before installing.
Keep the surface free of grit, check screws regularly for tightness, and avoid deep cuts that could compromise the carbon over time.
