The XRAY 301013 - X4 2.0mm Aluminum Flex Chassis is built for drivers chasing crisper handling on carpet and high-traction asphalt. It fits directly with X4 suspension arms, motor mount, and T-brace, and includes precision-located holes for centering pins at the bulkheads, front shock tower, and rear body mounts.

CNC Machining and Lightweight Geometry

Constructed from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum using CNC processes, this chassis balances strength with reduced weight. Its narrow 84mm profile and targeted cutouts allow controlled flex to suit a range of traction levels, while the black coating and laser engraving give a durable, clean finish.

Balanced Flex for Responsive Cornering

At 2.0mm thickness the chassis gives a deliberate mix of rigidity and compliance for high-speed stability and predictable cornering. The underside is profiled to limit ground contact through turns, helping maintain speed and traction through sweeping sections.

No extra hardware is included, so reuse your X4 mounting screws and pins. Check lengths and thread engagement when swapping from the stock plate.
Drivers often experiment with softer front droop and incremental shock tuning to match the chassis flex; small roll center and toe tweaks help dial in turn-in on high-grip surfaces.
