This aluminium chassis is a purpose-built RC component for the XRAY XB8E platform, reworked to accept a narrower layout and a lower battery position. The plate incorporates revised battery trays, an updated electronics plate and a covered receiver box to place the battery lower and closer to the centerline, helping to redistribute mass and lower the model center of gravity.

Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium at 3mm thickness, the chassis has material removed in low-stress zones and precision-milled flex areas that deliver controlled stiffness and repeatable flex behavior. The altered rear C-holder location forms part of the layout updates intended to affect rear traction and stability across different surfaces.
