This RC-scale rear fixed shock holder is made to change shock geometry in controlled, repeatable steps. The mount raises the shock position by +1mm to free up additional suspension travel and accepts thin shims so you can fine-tune the shock angle in small increments.
Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and finished in black anodize, the part is supplied as a set of two pieces for the rear end. It offers three selectable flex positions to alter local mount stiffness and influence rebound response without changing springs or shock internals.
Fitting is simple: remove the original rear shock holder, fit this component, select the desired flex position, then add or remove shims to reach the target shock angle and travel. After installation, verify alignment and clearances so the shock shaft can travel through its full stroke unimpeded.
Use this holder to refine rear suspension geometry on X4F-platform cars, making small changes to shock angle and travel to tune handling and traction without swapping major components.
