This RC-scale center bearing holder is made for Turbulence D3 helicopters. The component secures the center bearing that supports the main drivetrain stack and helps preserve transmission geometry during flight and maintenance.
Fitting is usually completed during a mid-frame or main shaft service when the bearing is inspected and replaced if worn. The holder's role is mechanical: it locates the bearing, resists axial movement, and provides a defined mounting surface so the main and tail drive components remain concentric.
When installing the part, confirm the bearing seats fully and axial clearance is correct before final assembly, check that retaining screws are secure without over-torquing, and verify driveline smoothness after reassembly. Proper bearing location can reduce play and improve consistency in tail and main drive response during tuning.
