Aluminum battery mount for TRX4 platforms

This aluminum battery strap is a scale accessory engineered to keep on-board batteries secure while helping passive heat dissipation. The center-hollow layout accepts a range of pack profiles, including vertical and humpback styles commonly found in 7.2V and 8.4V packs.

The main plate is CNC-machined from 6061 T6 aluminum to help spread heat from the battery case, and a thin foam pad is supplied to remove play when thinner packs are used. Supplied mounting hardware includes a 3x23.5 king pin screw plus a single foam hold-down pad for straightforward installation without extra parts.

In trail use this strap stabilizes battery placement to preserve consistent weight balance during low-speed crawling, while the open centre reduces contact area to aid passive cooling under extended load.

Built for scale trail rigs, the alloy strap is a compact, serviceable solution for battery retention and basic thermal management on the listed TRAXXAS platforms.
