This 1:72 scale plastic kit recreates the German Sturmgeschutz III Ausf. C/D as a compact tracked assault gun, suited to collectors and display-oriented builders.
Originally developed during World War II to provide close-support fire for infantry, the Sturmgeschutz III used the Panzer III chassis and on early Ausf. A through E versions mounted the short 75mm StuK 37 L/24 gun. These early variants were produced primarily before mid-1942 and remained in frontline or secondary roles into 1943.
The kit assembles from 82 plastic components across seven sprues plus a separate track assembly. Finished dimensions are compact, and the included decal sheet bears markings labelled "GERMANY ARMY". The parts count and size suit small-scale dioramas, reference displays, or collection shelves that use 1:72 vehicles.
A neat 1:72 representation of an early Sturmgeschutz III variant, offering a straightforward build and clear decal options for small display projects.
