This 1:72 scale plastic model reproduces the Sturmgeschutz III Ausf. B on a tracked chassis, placed in the manufacturer's small-scale armoured vehicle range for display models and diorama use.
The Sturmgeschutz III was developed in the pre-war and early wartime period as an assault gun and later served in direct-fire support and tank-destroyer roles. Early Ausf A was followed by Ausf B, C, D and E, all equipped with the short 75mm StuK 37 L/24. Initial production by Alkett supplied frontline anti-tank capabilities, and these early variants continued service into 1943.
The kit captures the overall silhouette and proportions of the Ausf. B. Parts are arranged for a concise build with a moderate piece count. Decal markings are provided for Germany Army finishes appropriate to historical displays. The kit ships with separate sprues plus a flexible track assembly.
A compact, small-scale representation of an early Sturmgeschutz III variant, aimed at collectors and modellers who favour tight builds and diorama integration.
