This Arrowmax turn-buckle shaft is an RC-scale linkage component sold as AM-417-BC14 and supplied in a 2-piece set. Machined from titanium, the 3x32mm rod balances lower mass with good corrosion resistance and is aimed at competitive 1/10 electric touring cars. It is intended for suspension and steering linkages where fine length adjustment and stable geometry are needed.
Installation is simple for anyone used to turn-buckle links: remove the old rod from ball cups or rod ends, match thread direction and overall length, then secure with the original lock nuts or a thread locker if preferred. Confirm thread engagement and alignment before final tightening to preserve predictable suspension travel and steering feel.
Tuning note: a titanium shaft lowers rotating and reciprocating mass in linkage assemblies and stands up to wear under heavy use, though it does not alter suspension geometry by itself. Fit this shaft when replacing bent or fatigued original rods or when you want a durable spare for TRF417 linkages.
