Rear axle skid plate

This rear axle case protection plate is an RC-scale replacement part designed to shield the centre chassis area of the Unlimited Desert Racer. The plate is formed from 1mm 304 stainless steel to resist abrasion from trail debris and to stabilise the underside of the rear axle case during high-speed runs.

Supplied hardware allows a direct swap into the stock mounting points: the kit includes one protection plate, two round head screws (3x12) and two POM collars that sit between the plate and the axle case to prevent metal-to-metal contact and maintain a snug fit.

Fitting is straightforward: remove the original screws, locate the POM collars between the plate and axle case, then secure the plate with the supplied 3x12 screws. The polished metal finish gives the chassis underside a uniform look while remaining purely protective and not altering vehicle behaviour.
