This 14-piece aluminium rear axle case carrier is an RC-scale replacement made for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER. It secures differential bearings and reduces lateral and axial slop so the drivetrain runs with a steadier gear mesh and less free play.

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the carrier is focused on accurate bearing seating and robust mounting points rather than changing gear geometry or ratios. The material choice helps keep alignment under load for longer service life.

Fitment uses the supplied stainless steel 3x16 round head screws to clamp gearbox covers and locate bearings; tighten the screws in sequence to control endplay instead of pressing components by hand. This set is suitable when tuning gear endplay or replacing worn gearbox cover parts on the specified chassis.
