12mm hex adapters for TRX6 scale rigs

This aluminium hex adapter set is made for TRAXXAS TRX6 MERCEDES-BENZ fitments and lets you move the wheel face closer to the hub to alter wheel offset and reduce the gap between rim and hub. The components are CNC-machined from 6061 T6 aluminium and increase hex thickness to 12mm to change track width without modifying axle cups or shafts.

Fitting is straightforward for experienced hobbyists: remove the stock hex, slide the adapter onto the wheel hub, locate shims as required, and secure using the supplied stainless fasteners. The kit is intended for the model's front CVD and rear drive shaft and works with the wheels supplied on the platform to fine tune handling through offset changes.

As an aftermarket tuning part, check clearance at suspension links and body mounts before final use. Torque the stainless screws carefully to avoid crushing the aluminium, and rebalance wheels if you alter offset significantly to prevent vibration.
