This aluminum vertical brush guard provides scale headlight protection and styling for TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler setups. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the parts balance light weight and strength with CNC surface detail and anodized finish options to suit scale rigs while shielding stock headlight lenses from impacts encountered on the trail.

Fitting is straightforward and uses the factory mounting points so no chassis modification is required. The kit includes white Delrin collars that act as insulating spacers between the guard and the headlight mount, and the components reuse the original screws for a neat refit.

As a practical tuning part it gives physical lens protection and a subtle visual upgrade without affecting the vehicle electrical or lighting performance.

Installation overview:

• Remove the factory front headlights from the TRX4.
• Place the black front plate into the brush guard assembly.
• Slide the white Delrin collars onto the black plate, two collars per side.
• Refit the headlights using the original screws and check alignment before final tightening.
