TRX4 servo horn for diff lock interface

This aluminium replacement servo horn set is made to mate with the locking differential on Traxxas TRX4 trail crawlers. Machined from aluminum 6061 T6, each horn includes an internal spring that helps absorb impact and cut shock transmission back into the servo when the diff locks or unlocks.

The horn is a servo-side interface component that helps the servo hold and adjust diff lock position without changing driveline behaviour. The spring element gives controlled compliance to reduce sudden torque spikes reaching the servo output shaft.

Installation tips: use the supplied 3*10 stainless round head screws with the aluminium collars, and place a 3mm metal washer under each screw head to reduce axial play between screw and collar. Follow your regular chassis torque and threadlock routine to secure fasteners correctly.

This kit is intended as a direct-fit servo interface for TRX4 trail crawlers using a locking differential; it protects the servo output with a spring-loaded coupling while keeping weight low with high-tensile aluminum.
