This CNC-machined aluminum rounded brush guard is a scale headlight protection assembly made for TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler rigs. Supplied with white Delrin collars, the component helps protect scale lamps from impacts and snagging while keeping a neat, factory-like fit.

The assembly provides targeted impact protection around the front lamps while using the original headlight fasteners for a simple retrofit. The construction focuses on low mass and good tensile strength so it protects without noticeably changing the vehicle stance.

Fitting steps

Follow these practical steps using basic tools:

• Remove the factory front headlights from the TRX4 with the original screws.
• Slide the supplied black mounting plate into the rounded brush guard housing.
• Place the white Delrin collars onto the black plate, two collars per side as supplied.
• Refit the headlights using the original screws, making sure the collars sit clear of the lamp lens.

As an aftermarket upgrade, this guard gives compact protection and a tidy cosmetic lift for TRX4 trail rigs, installing without modification to the original lighting hardware.
