Traxxas TRX-4 Polyurethane Front and Rear Skid Plate Kit TRX4ZSP16 by GPM  [TRX4ZSP16]

This upgrade set supplies front and rear skid protection sized for scaler use on the Traxxas TRX-4 platform. The parts are molded from robust polyurethane to resist chipping and abrasion during slow-speed trail crawling, and the profiles are styled to sit in line with common TRX-4 chassis contours.

The kit content from the original source is provided for clarity: front skid plate - 2 pcs, rear skid plate support - 2 pcs, rear skid plate - 2 pcs, M3.0x6 round head hex screw - 8 pcs. Together these items make up the 16 pcs kit referenced by the part code.

Fit and installation notes: the components are designed as a direct fit for an original TRX-4 shell and pair with factory side steps; D90/D110 style shells may need minor DIY trimming. This set is not compatible with GPM #TRX4014 or TRX4014X side step systems, so verify your side step model prior to fitting.

On setup and use: these skid plates act as protective and scale styling components, changing low-speed scraping characteristics rather than suspension geometry or driveline behaviour. Torque fasteners to factory settings and check clearance with aftermarket bumpers and body mounts during a dry fit.
