This TRX4037FX front main shaft is a direct-fit replacement for the TRAXXAS TRX4 TRAIL CRAWLER platform, pairing a steel joint with an aluminum body to handle motor torque and transmit power to the front end.

The unit uses a CVD-style head on the centre side to permit a wider rotation angle with less friction where the centre gearbox sits close to the shaft, while a cross head is located toward the front gearbox. That orientation helps maintain smoother driveline rotation under typical trail crawling loads.
