This aluminum servo horn is an RC-scale replacement designed for TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler steering systems. It uses the 25T spline and a straight-arm profile to increase rigidity over OEM plastic arms, making it suited to repeated steering inputs and the low-speed torque common in trail crawling.

Role in the steering system: the horn links the servo output spline directly to the tie rod, and the four mounting holes let you change effective tie-rod length and steering ratio in small steps without swapping parts. This makes it practical for tuning steering response and centering on scale crawlers.

Fitting tips: align the spline teeth, fit the horn with the supplied fasteners, and check neutral steering before final tightening. If you want a more permanent installation, apply thread-lock where metal screws contact alloy surfaces, and verify there is no binding at full lock after installation.
