TRAXXAS TRX4 1.9" Aluminium 6-Spoke BBS Wheel and Onroad Tire Kit TRX4889/9MM by GPM  [TRX4889/9MM]

This 12-piece wheel and tyre set is a scale upgrade built for the TRAXXAS TRX4 platform, combining 1.9" hard-anodized 6061-T6 aluminium BBS-style rims with low-profile onroad tyres and 9mm alloy hexes to widen the track and alter handling. The wheels use a six-spoke BBS look and are paired to tyres made for firmer surface feedback and smoother rolling on packed trails or pavement-style sections in trail-oriented runs.

The thicker 9mm alloy hex replaces the factory hex to move the wheel hub outward and increase track width without changing suspension mounts. That shift changes cornering balance, often reducing body roll and sharpening steering on hard surfaces when compared with deep-tread crawler tyres. All components are intended for scale RC use and conform to TRX4 mounting standards.

Installation notes: the kit contains small hardware for mounting the wheel, hex and tyre assemblies; hand-tighten supplied screws and apply thread-lock where metal-to-metal fasteners require it. After fitting, check bearings, axle clearance and pinion engagement to avoid binding. The included manual references for parts and diagrams are numbers 8269, 8270 and 8271.
