This RC-scale replacement radial tire is designed for use on TRAXXAS 1/10 T-Maxx Monster Truck setups and is supplied as a 1pr set with a removable foam insert. The rubber radial tread and internal foam alter contact patch behaviour and sidewall support during off-road runs, helping you tune grip and handling without changing wheel alignment.

Fitting follows standard model tire practice: slide the foam insert into the tire before seating on the rim, verify bead seating, and use a tyre adhesive suited for rubber-to-plastic bonding if you want a permanent mount. Trim any excess foam and check bead alignment after initial runs to reduce vibration and improve dynamic balance.

As a tuning component these radials change tyre compliance and suspension response; switching to a rubber radial with a foam core modifies how the tyre deforms under load and can be used alongside shock damping and ride-height adjustments to refine cornering and straight-line traction on loose terrain.
