Overview and function

This RC-scale front-mounted ESC mount plate is CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminium to create a stiff bracket for relocating the ESC to the vehicle front. It is designed for 1/8 scale use where the standard rear ESC position is restricted.

The plate is made to accept Hobbywing EzRun MAX6 and Castle Mamba Monster X 8S ESCs, and installs using the motor's original mounting holes so no chassis cutting is required. Packaged fasteners and adhesive arrive pre-assembled, and applying a medium-strength threadlocker on metal threads is advised to help prevent screws loosening under heavy use.
