Replacement front and rear CVD shafts for Slash 4x4

This 6pcs replacement set fits TRAXXAS 1/10 Slash 4x4 layouts that reference SSLA1280FH and SSLA1277RH. The kit includes the small steel pins and black collars needed to stabilise CVD joints and secure shafts during routine assembly and maintenance.

The parts focus on the usual wear points around CVD joints so you can service both front and rear drives without hunting multiple individual components. This configuration is aimed at hobby users who prioritise smooth driveline performance and correct fitment to the noted part references.

Installation notes: remove the wheel and hub assembly, withdraw the existing CVD retaining pins and collars, fit the new drive shaft, then reinstall pins and collars while checking for free rotation and no binding. Confirm clearance under full suspension compression before tightening final fasteners. Apply thread-lock only where the original design requires it.

Compatible Models

  • SSLA1277RH
  • SSLA1280FH
The pack contains replacement shafts plus the steel pins, spring elements and black collars required to retain the CVD shafts as described in the product notes.
It is intended for Slash 4x4 setups that use the referenced parts SSLA1277RH or SSLA1280FH; verify your current part references before installation.
After fitting check full suspension travel to ensure no binding, confirm pins are fully seated, and only use thread-lock where specified by the original design.
