Aluminum top cap for Slash 4x4 shocks

The SLADP/CAP is an aftermarket aluminum damper top cap created for TRAXXAS 1/10 Slash 4x4 platforms and compatible original GPM dampers. It caps the top of front or rear dampers and works with the oil pressure cap to reinforce the seal and help maintain internal oil pressure under load. The cap is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum to provide a stable mating surface where sealing and consistent oil pressure behaviour matter for shock performance.

Use this cap where sealed shock assemblies need improved sealing reliability and more predictable oil pressure response during tuning. It helps reduce gradual oil loss and keeps damping characteristics consistent between runs. The cap is intended for RC-scale use only and matches GPM and original replacement shock assemblies listed in the compatibility section.

Yes. This cap is sized to work with the GPM and the original shock assemblies listed in the Compatible Models box when used as a replacement top cap.
