Delrin 37T Replacement Spur for Revo

The RE-029 is a 37-tooth Delrin spur gear made as a direct replacement for Traxxas Revo platforms. It is supplied as a service spare to swap in when the original plastic spur shows wear or inconsistent engagement in the drivetrain.

Delrin, an acetal material, is favoured for spur gears because it machines cleanly and offers predictable tooth contact in model gear trains. Keeping the same 37T tooth count preserves the Revo's nominal gear ratio so fitment focuses on axial alignment and pinion mesh rather than altering performance gearing.

Fitting is a standard spur replacement: open the gearbox cover, remove the worn spur assembly, locate the RE-029 on the carrier or shaft, then set the axial position and check mesh with the motor pinion. Use the Revo's recommended shims or adjust pinion spacing to obtain correct engagement without binding.
