Revo shock upgrade overview

This TRV085N/2 kit provides front and rear adjustable spring dampers built for TRAXXAS Revo scale platforms, supplied as a 2prs package for model applications. Each 85mm damper uses alloy components and alloy ball ends to replace the original plastic fittings for a stronger mounting interface.

These are RC-scale parts only and are not intended for full-size vehicles. Installation uses the Revo standard shock positions, fitting to the existing shock towers and lower mounts. Reuse your stock springs and top caps unless you switch to compatible aftermarket springs; only common hobby tools are needed for shock removal and refit.

As adjustable spring dampers they allow builders to change spring preload and alter basic ride height, giving a firmer attachment at the ball end compared with polymer originals. Fine tuning comes from swapping spring rates or adjusting preload from compatible spring suppliers.

Replace worn plastic shock ends or add modest durability and tuning capability to TRAXXAS Revo models; these dampers mount to stock shock points and support standard spring-based setup adjustments.
