Aluminium lower arms for TRAXXAS MAXX

These aluminium lower arms are an RC-scale replacement part designed for the TRAXXAS 1/10 4WD MAXX with WideMaxx setup. They position and support the c-hubs and lower damper mounts, forming a structural link between suspension components and the chassis. The design targets improved fitment and consistent geometry rather than changing suspension kinematics.

Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminium, the arms provide a stiffer mounting surface than stock plastics while keeping weight moderate. Delrin collars are inserted at pivot locations to reduce play and concentrate load on the metal pivot, and additional white Delrin shims are supplied for rear installation where the gap is slightly larger. The fastener method replaces a full-length threaded fix with a locating pin plus a small screw to reduce the risk of stripped threads during assembly or maintenance. Multiple damper mounting holes are included to allow incremental changes to shock angle and ride height tuning.

Installation notes: fit the supplied stainless pins and washers into the arm pivots, confirm Delrin collar seating before tightening, and use the provided shims on the rear arms if needed to remove lateral play. Check orientation and damper hole selection against your existing setup to retain intended geometry.
