6061-T6 arm upgrade for TRAXXAS MAXX

This upgrade kit replaces the stock plastic upper and lower control arms on TRAXXAS MAXX with machined aluminium components to give firmer linkage and shock mounting points. The change reduces flex at attachment points, helping the suspension hold its intended geometry during heavy running.

Each arm is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium and uses Delrin collars at the bore interfaces to limit side play where ball studs or hinge pins pass through. The kit secures pins with small screws rather than relying solely on large threaded fasteners, reducing the chance of stripped threads under repeated service.

The rear components include thin Delrin shims to close the factory gap so the rear arms seat tightly without unwanted movement, while the lower arms provide multiple shock mounting positions to fine tune damper angle, ride height and handling response.
