This 7075-T6 aluminium transmission gear cover is a precision RC upgrade made for the TRAXXAS FUNCO PRO SCALE 2WD SAND CAR platform. CNC machined and anodized in a range of colours, the cover shields the motor pinion and spur gear area from sand and abrasion while preserving the original mounting alignment.

The component ships pre-assembled and is intended to replace factory item number 10987. For a secure fit on sand runs, apply medium-strength screw glue to the mounting screws to help prevent loosening from vibration and impacts. This accessory is for scale-model use only and not suitable for full-size vehicles.

Use the anodized 7075-T6 cover to add robust protection to the transmission area of your FUNCO PRO scale sand car and secure fasteners with medium-strength thread adhesive for dependable retention during beach and dune runs.
