6061-T6 aluminum knuckles for the E-REVO VXL

This 8pcs knuckle arm set replaces stock plastic pivots with machined 6061-T6 aluminum components, including POM collars and Delrin lock nuts to reduce bearing play and firm up the steering pivot. The parts are finished for consistent left-right fit and to resist deformation under higher steering loads common with electric monster trucks.

The geometry allows multiple tie rod mounting positions so builders can tune steering throw and Ackerman characteristics without swapping other suspension parts. POM collars help centre bearings while Delrin nuts limit wear at the fastenings for longer service life.

Will these knuckles fit stock E-REVO VXL steering hubs?

Yes. The arms are made for the TRAXXAS E-REVO VXL steering assembly and are intended to bolt into the existing hubs and CVD locations without modifying surrounding suspension parts.

Do the POM collars change bearing preload?

POM collars are included to reduce lateral play where bearings seat, which can help achieve a firmer, more repeatable bearing fit when assembled with the specified hardware.

Are the Delrin lock nuts reusable?

Delrin lock nuts offer good wear resistance but should be inspected after heavy use. They can be reused if threads and locking surfaces remain in good condition.

Will this affect steering geometry permanently?

The knuckles add rigidity and allow tie rod position changes to alter steering throw and Ackerman, but they do not force permanent geometry changes to other suspension links unless you choose to reposition the tie rods.
