This machined aluminum differential case is a replacement part for TRAXXAS E-REVO VXL front, rear or center diffs. It is designed to shield internal gears, keep gear mesh consistent and help manage heat under heavy loads.

Fabricated from aluminum 6061 T6 and CNC machined to a refined finish, the case increases structural strength and improves thermal transfer away from the diff internals. It installs using the same assembly steps as standard housings and is aimed at hobbyists performing routine maintenance or performance upgrades on compatible E-REVO VXL builds.

Installation notes from the manual: fit the ring gasket to the gear, assemble the four pinion gears and the main gear, then slide the ring gasket into the diff case slot while aligning the gear stack. Secure the case with the supplied stainless steel flat head screws.
