This 54-tooth spur gear is produced to suit TRAXXAS E-REVO VXL drivetrains as a direct replacement component. Constructed from hardened steel #45, the gear delivers a wear-resistant tooth profile intended to keep mesh stable between the motor pinion and the gearbox during demanding runs.

The spur is a simple tuning lever: altering tooth count or pitch changes the overall gear ratio, which affects acceleration, torque and top speed when used with the correct pinion.
