Adjustable rear wheelie assembly

The ER2040R rear adjustable wheelie kit is an RC-scale accessory made to add a controlled wheelie capability to compatible Traxxas E-REVO models. The design centres on a removable rear wheelie mount, Delrin wheel inserts fitted with bearings for smoother spin, and several mounting positions to fine tune lift angle and overall balance.

Key materials are straightforward: structural plates are CNC-machined from 6061 T6 aluminum for strength and long service life, while the small wheels are formed from Delrin and supplied with ball bearings to reduce friction. The dual-wheel layout increases lateral stability versus single-wheel setups and offers indexed settings for higher lift during stunts or lower settings for steadier runs.

Fitting uses the original chassis locating holes so no extra drilling is required; stainless hardware secures the mount and wheels. As a tuning component, the kit is intended to adjust rear lift behaviour and balance rather than alter drivetrain function or top speed.

Use the indexed positions to dial rear lift and stability on the listed E-REVO models, selecting a higher index for more dramatic lift or a lower index for controlled runs; when assembling position the wheel with the convex face inward and fit the two stainless washers on the inside of the wheel as shown.
