Reinforced CVD and knuckle upgrade for E-REVO axles

This upgrade set replaces vulnerable plastic axle components on the TRAXXAS E-REVO with metal hardware to cut wear and boost driveline reliability under heavy use. Where stock parts tend to fatigue, the kit uses 6061-T6 aluminum and 45# hardened steel for load-bearing pieces, while Delrin and stainless fasteners protect against corrosion and maintain secure retention.

The layout targets three performance areas: a beefed-up CVD head to improve torque transfer, stiffer knuckle arms to resist bending, and a positive wheel hex clamp to hold wheels firmly. Bearings and the required small hardware are supplied so the set fits the stock axle geometry without extra parts.

Install this set when you need stronger axles for bashing or higher-torque motor setups; parts replace the stock pieces one-for-one to increase strength without changing wheel alignment or axle geometry.
