Aluminum front and rear brake disk and caliper upgrade

This aluminium brake disk and caliper kit is made as an RC-scale replacement for the TRAXXAS 4WD GT4 TEC 2.0 braking area. These machined metal components are designed to use the same mounting points as the original disk and caliper so they can replace stock parts without relocating mounts.

The outer disk ring is machined with a swirl engraving and increased to an 8mm thickness instead of the common 7mm stock ring. Fitting these disks to both front and rear produces a modest increase in track width that can change chassis balance and stability during cornering and straight-line running.

Installation needs basic RC hand tools and a careful check of fit: remove wheel and hub, fit the new disk, secure the caliper to the existing mounts, and torque the stainless hardware to spec. This product is intended only for RC model use and not for automotive applications.

Use this kit to tune braking hardware and slightly widen wheeltrack for a measurable change in handling; verify compatibility with your GT4 TEC 2.0 hubs and recheck fastener torque after first runs.
