This aftermarket aluminium rear spur gear cover mount is made for scale RC use on the TRAXXAS 1/10 Rustler VXL platform. It secures the spur gear area and helps keep the main shaft and motor plate in correct alignment, which supports smoother gear rotation and steadier drivetrain behaviour under typical running and tuning conditions.

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, the part offers a stiffer and lighter alternative to stock plastic pieces, and the supplied stainless steel screws provide the hardware required for a straightforward fit. The mount locates bearings precisely along the spur path and uses a hollow 3D profile to cut weight while maintaining strength.
