This 8 piece rear axle kit is built for the TRAXXAS 1/10 Rustler VXL platform and pairs hardened steel 45# drive components with a 6061 T6 alloy housing to strike a balance between wear resistance and manageable mass. CVD-style joints are used to keep rotation smooth under load and reduce driveline lash in everyday running.

The retractable CVD layout increases ground clearance at the axle and improves rocker travel versus fixed shafts, while a spring-steel hex stabiliser cuts play at the coupling face.
