CNC Arm Shaft Block for Tomahawk 85 WC

This Kyosho SCW032 CNC Arm Shaft Block2 is a two-piece replacement designed for the Tomahawk 85 WC platform and noted as usable with the Scorpion Series. The part functions as an arm shaft block for the suspension/arm pivot area, supplied as 2pcs for single-side replacement or paired servicing.

Intended role: it secures the arm shaft pivot and helps control lateral play where the arm interfaces with the chassis. Technically described as a CNC-type block, it is used during routine maintenance or when swapping worn pivot components to restore drivetrain geometry and steering feedback on scale electric cars.

Installation notes: this block fits into the existing arm assembly location and is installed using the original fasteners and hardware from the vehicle it supports. Standard RC maintenance tools such as a hex driver and basic hand tools are typically sufficient for replacement; check existing fastener condition and thread engagement during reassembly.

Tuning role: replacing worn arm shaft blocks can tighten axle alignment and reduce unwanted slop, which in turn affects suspension response and steering consistency; use this part when diagnosing play at the arm pivot or when rebuilding the front/rear arm assemblies.

Typical installation requires a set of hex drivers and small hand tools. Remove the old pivot hardware, position the new block, and reuse the vehicle fasteners if they are in good condition.
The package includes 2pcs, suitable for replacing a single side or kept as a matched spare for both sides when performing a full service.
If original screws are damaged or threads are worn, replace them. Otherwise the stock hardware is normally reused for installation.
Yes. Restoring a tight pivot reduces lateral play at the arm and can provide crisper steering response when the rest of the suspension is set up correctly.
