Mini-T 14T pinion upgrade

This pinion is intended for Team Losi Mini-T 2.0 2WD drivetrains and is supplied under part code LM014T. The gear is machined from hardened 45# steel and specified with a 2mm bore and a 0.5mm tooth pitch, fitted with 14 teeth. Its role is to mount on the motor shaft and transfer torque into the spur gear on the Mini-T 2.0 drivetrain.

Key fitting notes and installation points:

• Design: hardened 45# steel pinion, 14T, 0.5mm pitch.
• Bore: 2mm centre hole to fit motors with a 2mm shaft; confirm your motor shaft diameter before installation.
• Installation: slide onto the motor shaft, set correct gear mesh with the spur gear, then tighten the set screw and verify concentricity to avoid premature wear.
• Tuning role: swapping to this 14T pinion changes the final drive ratio versus other tooth counts, affecting acceleration and top speed trade-offs; select tooth count to suit track and motor characteristics.
