This machined alloy steering assembly is made for the Tamiya XV-01 platform and supplied as a 3pcs set. It replaces the stock plastic steering link components with a single alloy unit fitted with 5x8 bearings to give a firmer steering pivot and a more predictable connection to the servo output horn.

Fitting is straightforward for hobbyists who service XV-01 cars regularly: remove the original plastic pieces and reuse the stock linkages and fasteners where they match. Make sure each bearing is fully seated and check the steering linkage geometry to avoid binding, as small servo horn misalignments can cause uneven steering response on track or during setup changes.

As an aftermarket option, this assembly reduces play in the steering system and helps maintain consistent steering response while testing and tuning. Supplied as 3pcs, each unit comes pre-fitted with a 5x8 bearing for direct fitment when XV-01 steering dimensions are retained.
